4. здесь говорится «я могу пойти не в кино сегодня вечером, если будет хороший фильм»

если надо сказать, что «я не могу пойти в кино сегодня вечером, если будет хороший фильм» (что странно для смысла предложения), то будет так: 

i can’t go to the cinema this evening if there’s a good film on. (тут не уверена, ибо смысл странный)

можно еще перевести как «я не могу пойти в кино сегодня вечером, если не будет хорошего фильма» 
i can’t go to the cinema this evening if there’s not a good film on. 
5. I shure they may join the company next year (нужен лишь один глагол, поэтому модальный am лишний и ) 
They’ve got some great players.
7. I 
will be allowed to
 start work early on Thursday (то же, что и в 8)
8. I’m not certain but I will be allowed to see her tomorrow (глагол might не употребляется в будущем времени и меняется на will be allowed to
)
