Какие аргументы вы могли бы привести в поддержку первой и второй точек зрения на перспективы экономического роста в СССР? Оцените эти аргументы.

Первая точка зрения заключалась в том, что благодаря постоянному росту тяжелой промышленности, страна всегда будет сильной, независимой, самодостаточной и т.д.
Вторая точка зрения заключается в том, что этого недостаточно. Для того, чтобы страна всегда была экономически независимой, необходимо развивать не только тяжелую промышленность, но и все остальные отрасли. Я с этим совершенно согласна. Я считаю, что очень большое значение для экономического роста страны имеет правильное распределение ресурсов по всем отраслям.
