Суть Восточного вопроса в данный период времени представляет собой борьбу за территории Османской империи между державами Европы на территории Балкан и Ближнего Востока.
Восточный вопрос имел место быть продолжительное время с 18 века по 20 век включительно. Причина появления данного вопроса за влияние на Востоке заключается в распаде Османской империи, владения которой стали «лакомым кусочком».
