Yes, sometimes some students are late to school. Some of them are late regularly. Some are late very seldom. Almost all students try to be in time for school.

Да, иногда некоторые ученики опаздывают в школу. Некоторые регулярно опаздывают, некоторые опаздывают очень редко. Почти все ученики стараются приходить в школу вовремя.
2)What are their usual reasons for coming late?

Some students oversleep. Some students live far away from school and they are late because of transport problems. And some students are late because they can’t be in time and they are always late, they have such bad habit and they can’t do anything.

Некоторые ученики просыпают. Некоторые живут далеко от школы и они опаздывают из-за транспортных проблем. А некоторые опаздывают, потому что не могут приходить вовремя и они всегда опаздывают, это вроде плохой привычки и они ничего не могут с этим сделатью
3)Is there any punishment for late comers at your school and what is it?

I can’t say that  there is some punishment for late comers at our school. If a student is late very often, teachers try to solve this problem. They talk to him after class and find out the actual reason for his late-coming and try to help him with the issue. They can  talk to his parents and that is all.

Я не могу сказать. Что в нашей школе есть какие-либо наказания для опаздывающих. Если ученик часто опаздывает в школу, учителя стараются решить эту проблему. Они разговаривают с ним после уроков и узнают причину его опоздания и стараются найти выход. Они могут поговорить с его родителями и это все.
